Welcome to Kings Crown! We would like to share a little bit about us.

Pat Kinney, Board President

On behalf of the other Board members, I would like to personally welcome you to our website.  Sanibel and Kings Crown are rich and vibrant communities and our goal is to allow you to experience this virtually through our website.  While pictures and text can only go so far, we do hope we are able to convey a sense of warmth and friendliness to all that visit our site.  In that spirit, we have tried to craft content that appeals to all.

For those visitors that have never visited the island and Kings Crown, we have created content that describes the beauty of the island, the great things to do, and some of the best places to eat, shop, and relax on Sanibel.

For those return visitors to the island, we have captured pictures of people enjoying their past island experiences, allowing them to relive their own memories and to think about returning again so they can build some new ones.

For our owners, we have created an owners page where we can share information on our financials, previous meetings, and other helpful information that our owners can use.

Whether you have never been to the island previously, you have visited us before, or you are an owner, I hope you enjoy your virtual visit with us.  We are glad you are here.

Sincerely,

Pat

Kerry and Mary Jane Rogers.JPG

Kerry Rogers, Secretary

Kerry and his wife, Mary Jane, owners of 218 since March 2014, have been coming to Sanibel on and off for the last 30 years.  When they decided to “settle” on the island, they chose Kings Crown for its beautiful views, quiet location and welcoming owners.

Kerry is an avid fisherman and Mary Jane loves to shell and walk the beach. Biking the island is also a favorite pursuit, as well as enjoying the many fine restaurants and shops on Sanibel.  They both have a very strong appreciation for Sanibel’s environmental and wildlife conservation efforts.

Kerry and Mary Jane live in Clinton, NY, a small upstate New York village where they are active volunteers in church, youth and community programs.  As their sons currently live in New York and Idaho, traveling is also an important pastime.  Kerry is a retired structural engineer who co-founded a building component manufacturing company.

Kings Crown is an absolute gem on the shores of Sanibel Island.  Kerry, along with fellow board members, is completely committed to preserving and enhancing the property that we all share and love.

Kerry can be contacted at kmjrogers@aol.com or 315-723-6801.

They both enjoy time on the beach, watching the activities on the gulf and looking for shells.  Nick is a daily walker and enjoys the bike paths and walking trails.

Nick and Jane are Florida residents but still have a home in Ankeny, Iowa that they visit for the summers where their oldest son and wife live with their 3 children.  Their younger son and wife live in Polk City, Iowa with their 2 sons.
